Justin Bieber has apologised for a racist joke, which was heard during a 5 year-old video clip of the troubled singer. The tape was wildly circulated online, but he has now apologised via his twitter account, calling his slur a "reckless and immature" mistake. The video was recorded when Bieber was 15 years old!
