Kardashian was at the West Hollywood launch party for her new perfume, and while she was walking down the red carpet, an animal lover assaulted her by throwing a bag of flour at her, The reality star's hair and body was covered in white powder and she was swiftly ushered to safety.

The star returned to the event with a brave face, after brushing the flour off her hair, body and clothes. She was far from embarrassed and simply laughed off the whole ordeal.

When asked if she was planning to press charges against the attacker, Kim said jokingly "Don't I have one two many lawsuits going on?"

TMZ, reports that the woman was arrested by the police who were called immediately to the scene.

Kim Kardashian has changed her mind and has decided she will infact press charges against the woman who threw flour at her, at an event Thursday night. Sources close to Kim report that she does not feel the woman who threw the flour at her should get away with it and that she should be held accountable for her actions.
