George & Nick Clooney Arrested

George Clooney, who was leading a protest over the Sudan crisis in front of the Sudanese embassy with the support of his father Nick Clooney in Washington D.C. has been arrested along with his father and other protesters. 

However sources linked to George Clooney reported that feels good about the arrest because it puts the spotlight on the crisis. It's also reported that about fifteen people were arrested including congressmen, leaders of the human rights community, Sudanese citizens, Martin Luther King III and two women.

Clooney's Publicist, Stan Rosenfield addressed the issue, He said "They were protesting the violence committed by the government of Sudan on its own innocent men, women and children. They were demanding they allow humanitarian aid into the country before it becomes the largest humanitarian crisis in the world."
